WE ARE BEAUTY only retails new and genuine products. All items are obtained directly from the manufacturer or authorised distributors. This ensures that every customer receives the most up-to-date, fresh and secure product available.
Delivery Damages & Problems
Inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Report any delivery problems or errors to us within 48-hours of receipt. If your shipment is damaged, save the product and original packaging. Damaged merchandise will only be exchanged for the exact same product.
You may return your purchase within 14 days of receipt for an exchange. No refunds are available so please select your products carefully. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in new/resale condition. Outbound delivery (including promotional delivery) and return delivery costs will not be refunded.
We are unable to accept returns on any opened or used skin care in order to maintain product integrity and customer safety.
Contact us within 14-days of receipt with product concerns. Defective merchandise will only be replaced with the exact same product. Depending upon the product and claim, the item may need to be returned to us and evaluated prior to sending a replacement.
After 14-days the manufacturer’s warranty applies to all products and must be contacted by the customer to make any complaints or claims.
