Order & Delivery Information
Prices, Postage & Import Restrictions
All prices quoted are in Australian dollars and exclude postage, shipping and handling charges.
Postage and handling charges will vary depending on the number of products ordered and whether the delivery address for the products is in Australia or overseas. We will inform you during the ordering process of the postage and handling costs of your order.
International orders may be subject to other charges, for example, customs duty and value added taxes. You are responsible for paying any such additional duty or tax.
All prices are correct at the time of online publication. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any printing errors.
If your delivery address is within Australia, then the price will include the Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST). If your delivery address is outside Australia, then your purchase is not subject to GST.
Orders and Payment
You will need to complete a separate order for each different delivery address. Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation page that you can print for your own records.
Subject to availability of the products, we will accept your order when your credit card payment has been approved.
We will inform you at the time of purchase if your credit card payment is not successful.
Visa, Mastercard and American Express Credit Cards are accepted.
If you arrange for products to be delivered to another person, we will not inform that person that you made the purchase. You may wish to let the person know that products have been ordered and check that the parcel has been delivered.
Within Australia, products are sent by Australia Post eParcel service.
Standard Delivery usually takes 7 - 14 working days within the Australia Post network. Express Delivery usually takes 2-5 working days within Australia.
If you are not at the nominated address when your product is delivered, you may be charged a re- delivery fee or for redirection to your nearest post office. We do not accept responsibility for lost items.
Unforeseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in a delay in delivery. in these circumstances, we will contact you to advise you of the reason for the delay.
International orders are sent with Australia Post International Mail service. This service usually takes between 7 - 21 working days depending on the destination.
Some international orders may require additional identification before being processed. This may affect estimated delivery times. We Are Beauty reserves the right to request additional identification prior to processing orders originating outside Australia.
Returns and Refunds
If, on receipt of a product, you discover it has a manufacturing defect, or it has been damaged in transit, or if we have not complied with your order, you may return the product to us for a refund or exchange for the same item. Returned products must be in the same condition as sold and accompanied by the customer receipt (original or photocopy).
A refund or exchange will not be given for a change of mind, so please choose carefully.
WE ARE BEAUTY only retails new and genuine products. All items are obtained directly from the manufacturer or authorised distributors. This ensures that every customer receives the most up-to- date, reliable and secure product available.
Delivery Damages & Problems
Inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Report any delivery problems or errors to us within 48- hours of receipt. If your shipment is damaged, save the product and original packaging. Damaged merchandise will only be exchanged for the exact same product.
You may return your purchase within 14 days of receipt for an exchange. No refunds are available so please select your products carefully. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in new/resale condition. Outbound delivery (including promotional delivery) and return delivery costs will not be refunded.
We are unable to accept returns on any opened or used skin care in order to maintain product integrity and customer safety.
Contact us within 14-days of receipt with product concerns. Defective merchandise will only be replaced with the exact same product. Depending upon the product and claim, the item may need to be returned to us and evaluated prior to sending a replacement.
After 14-days the manufacturer's warranty applies to all products and must be contacted by the customer to make any complaints or claims.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Under consumer legislation in Australia certain warranties and conditions ('Implied Terms') are implied into contracts for the supply of goods or services if the goods or services are of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use or consumption. Liability for breach of those Implied Terms cannot be excluded or limited. Notwithstanding any other provision of these Terms, the limitations and exclusions of liability in these Terms do not apply to the Implied Terms.
Except for the Implied Terms or where to do so would cause any part of these Terms to be illegal, void or unenforceable, We Are Beauty:
- Exclude all conditions and warranties implied into these Terms;
- To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, is not liable to you or anyone else for any loss or damage, however caused (including through negligence), which may be directly or indirectly suffered, in connection with use of this website, or any product purchased from us; and
- Excludes liability (whether that liability arises under contract, tort (including negligence), statute or otherwise) for any special, indirect or consequential loss or damage (including without limitation loss of revenue and loss of, or damage to, data) suffered or incurred in connection with this website, or any product purchased from We Are Beauty.
